His eldest son, Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj also continued this festival celebration. He also started the tradition of gathering Gudi, which is still celebrating by every Marathi family to welcome the Maharashtrian New Year.

So,  In addition, The Navratri Special has also big importance among the devotees. Hence, Every Maratha warrior took the blessing of the Nav-goddess before going on a war to fight against the enemies.

Even today, religious people tribute the Nav-Goddess during Navratri special festival.
